Adult dance classes at MCDA are offered in Ballet, Tap and Jazz/Hip Hop. They are a 1 hour class that meet once a week in 6-week sessions. These low commitment, high energy classes are a great way to stay in shape, have fun, make friends and enjoy dance.

Adult Ballet

Learn one of dance’s most respected disciplines.

Adult Ballet Class meets once a week for one hour. This class includes barre and center work. Classical ballet techniques are taught. Dance will gain flexibility, coordination and encourage classical music.

Adult Jazz/Hip Hop

Experience the energy of jazz!

Jazz Hip/Hop for adults is a one-hour class that meets once a week for 6 weeks. The class includes a full body warm up, isolations and flexibility. Classical jazz movements and fun funky hip hop combinations are included in this class.

Adult Tap

Get your toes tapping!

Adult Tap at MCDA is a one hour class that meets once a week for 6 weeks. Dancers will enjoy classical and rhythmic tap movements and steps. They will learn combinations and fun dances in this high energy class.
