Preschool & Kinder Combo Classes – (45 min.) - $ 400.00
Elementary Combo Classes – (1 hour) - $ 450.00
Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Contemporary, Pointe – (1 hour) - $ 450.00
Ballet, Tap, Jazz, – (11/4 hour) - $ 475.00
Ballet, Tap, Jazz, – (1 ½ hour) - $ 600.00
Unlimited Membership (per dancers) $2250.00

Discounts for multiple classes in a single household are as follows:
2 classes 10%
3 classes 15%
4 or more classes 20%
*****Accounts reaching 60 days past due will lose all discounts. ******
- ½ discount percent for registrations received after September 7. 2011
- No discount for registrations received after October 1, 2011
· All tuition payments can be dropped off at the front desk, or the tuition mailbox in the lobby. If you are not able to be at class during tuition week, payments can be mailed or called in to avoid the late fee.
· Please write your child’s name(s) in the memo portion of your check.
· Please inform the office of any new phone numbers or change of address throughout the dance year.
· There will be a $30.00 fee added to your account for all returned checks.
· We do not bill or send statements for monthly tuition fees. We, on occasion, send statements for special events, such as, competitions, conventions, costume fees and "past due" accounts.
· Tuition is based on a 10-month season, which averages out to 36 classes. This includes all studio holidays and weather closings. You are purchasing a space for the 2010-2011 season beginning September 8, 2010 and concluding on Saturday, June 11, 2011. In making this commitment, you are responsible for payment of all tuition throughout this period.
· Tuition payments that are delinquent 2 months will result in the child having to observe classes only, until payments are brought up to date.
· If you must withdraw from a class due to injury, illness or moving, tuition fees will continue to be added to your account until the studio receives a written letter of withdrawaland or note from physician.
· There are NO refunds given for dropped or missed classes, and you are responsible for the entire tuition due. If a student registers mid month, you are responsible for the whole month of tuition.
* Classes with enrollment under 6 students are subject to cancellation. .
· Medina Centre for Dance Art accepts payments by Cash, Check, Master Card, Visa or Discover . Please make checks payable to: MCDA or Medina Centre for Dance Art
Discounts
· Discounts are offered for multiple classes or multiple family members. Unlimited tuition options are per dancer, not per family.
· There is a one time per year non-refundable registration fee of $25.00 per family. See the Tuition Agreement Form for more information.
