Student Showcase

Student Showcase—”Leotard Recital”

MCDA participates in a full scale professional performance every other dance season. This is a non- recital year. However, we will be presenting a casual “Leotard” Performance/Student Showcase to share the skills we have learned at the end of the year.  As always this is strictly voluntary for those that choose to participate.  Dancers that choose not to participate will be included in classes and will enjoy the full benefits of dance class.  Be sure to notify the front desk and fill out the “No Performance” form. 

Dates will be June 10 -  11,  2011. 

June 10th will be a informal Tech/Dress Rehearsal
 June 11th will be 2 performances 

- Preschool/Elementary Combo at 2:00 p.m.
 and all other students at 7:00p.m. 

Each showcase will be approximately 90 minutes long.

There will be NO—professional photography.  We will have a videographer in to record our performance  and DVDs will be available for purchase for $25.00 . 

Students will need matching dance apparel (leotards, dance pants, skirts etc. things that can be worn in future dance classes.) for  this presentation.  The studio will order for everyone together.  Details will be posted in late February, and fess will be due in early March. 

 Apparel fees will be as follows: Preschool & Kinder Combo - $35.00

          Elementary – Beginner Levels $45.00

          Other Levels and Classes $55.00.

All dancers will need to have the appropriate dress code shoes.
