Dress Code

  Dress Code

To ensure proper body alignment, placement and to aid in proper instruction and discipline, a Dress Code is enforced. Continual improper attire will result in the student being dismissed from class. Students must adhere to the following dress code:

Creative Movement and Elementary Dance
Solid Colored Leotards Only, NO PRINTS!!
Pink, Suntan, or White SOLID Colored Tights (NO PRINTS!!)
White Tap shoes and Pink Leather Ballet Slippers

All Ballet Classes
Solid Colored Leotards
Pink or Black tights ( no suntan!)
Pink ballet shoes.
Hair should be in a secure bun, and pulled back off of the face.
~ NO Tank tops, camis, or athletic shorts over your leotards please.  Ballet shorts and skirts at teacher’s discretion.

Jazz/Hip Hop Classes
Any solid colored leotard or tank top and black Jazz pants,
Capri’s, or Dance shorts with tights underneath. 
Black split-sole slip on jazz shoes. No dance sneakers. 
NO BAGGY T-SHIRTS OR SWEATSHIRTS, NO STREET CLOTHES.

All Tap Classes
Any solid colored leotard or tank top, black Jazz pants,
Capris or Dance shorts with tights underneath. 
Black leather oxford style tap shoes tie or slip on. 
NO BAGGY T-SHIRTS OR SWEATSHIRTS,   NO STREET CLOTHES.

 Modern/Lyrical/Contemporary

 Acro
Any style gymnastic leotard or biketard and/or athletic shorts. 
NO BAGGY T-SHIRTS OR SWEATSHIRTS, NO STREET CLOTHES  
Bare feet

CheerDance
Well fitted athletic shorts, and tank top or tee shirt. 
NO BAGGY T-SHIRTS OR SWEATSHIRTS, NO STREET CLOTHES
Clean  white tennis shoes with good support.
